• The electricity charge is 9.00 baht/unit.
• Water supply is free of charge.
• Most of the rooms are one large bed type (king size).
• An extra bed is 8,000 Baht/month and 400 baht/night.
• All room types have a kitchenette.
• American breakfast is optional at 165 Baht/pax/meal.
• Towels and linen will be cleaned twice a week.
• Two bottles of water and all amenities e.g. soap, shampoo are provided on the first check in date.
• An extra bill spending will be collected in every 10 days.
• The security deposit (10,000 Baht) and one month advanced rental fee are subject to be pay on arrival or before.
• The security deposit shall be deducted for the damage occurred to the hotel properties in the rented unit.
• Rates quoted are inclusive of 7% VAT.
• A baby cot is free of charge.
• The customer can stay maximum 2 persons for Pool Side Villa and Garden Villa room types, maximum 3 persons for Superior Studio and Deluxe Studio room types and maximum 6 persons for a Family Suite Villa.
• In case of guests checking out before the designated date or not staying for the whole month, the fully month charge will be applied without any exception.

** After the monthly or yearly contract ends, the rates below will be applied. This rate is for long-term stay guests who stay exceed their monthly or yearly contract.
